Desativar um data set DCP não funciona na coleta

Description

Com o ticket #945, foi adicionado o suporte de ativar/desativar DataSet especificos. Quando marco como ativo data sets especificos, o collector ainda tenta coletar os inativos.

Dados utilizados encontram-se em anexo.
