Mostrar menu de administração, perfil e projeto após o login

Description

Apos a etapa do login, é necessario mostrar na barra lateral esquerda os menus:

  • Projetos;
  • Administração;
  • Perfil

Pois um usuário administrativo não necessariamente precisa criar um projeto para poder alterar perfil/criar serviço.
