Implementar os seguintes operadores histórico de PCD:
Mínimo
Máximo
Soma
Média
Mediana
Desvio Padrão

Estes operadores devem ser acessados pelo python utilizando os pacotes abaixo:
terrama2.dcp.history.max(...)
