Description

Quando um serviço cai o log esta ficando em um estado inconsistente, processos que foram interrompidos ficam como STARTED e são exibidos de forma errônea na interface.

Quando um serviço é iniciado o banco deve ser analisado e os estados inconsistentes devem ser corrigidos para INTERRUPTED.
